OutsideClinic recommend a friend: Terms and conditions

1. How the program works

The Recommend a Friend Program allows existing customers to refer friends and family to OutsideClinic. When a referred friend or family member purchases hearing aids, both the referrer and the referred friend are eligible to receive rewards as detailed below. The referred friend must request an appointment via the booking form on the OutsideClinic website. Bookings made over the phone or through any other method are not eligible for this program.

2. A referral is

A referral is considered complete when the referred friend or family member:

Completes the purchase of hearing aids from OutsideClinic and does not request a refund within 60 days.

3. Rewards and offers

The referrer will receive a £100 Amazon voucher via email or post.

The referred friend will receive a £250 discount voucher for 2 hearing aids or £125 for 1 hearing aid via email.

Vouchers cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers.

4. Issuing of rewards and offers

The £250 discount voucher for 2 hearing aids or £125 for 1 hearing aid will be emailed to the referred friend upon their successful appointment booking. The voucher must be used within 6 months from the date of issuance.

The £100 Amazon voucher will be emailed or posted to the referrer at least 60 days after the referred friend’s hearing aid purchase, provided the purchase is not cancelled or disputed.

There is no limit to the number of referrals a referrer can make. However, the £250 discount voucher for 2 hearing aids or £125 for 1 hearing aid applies per purchase, not per hearing aid.

5. Privacy

All personal information collected and processed as part of this Referral Program will be used in accordance with OutsideClinic’s Privacy Policy, available at OutsideClinic Privacy Policy. Under applicable laws and regulations, OutsideClinic is responsible for collecting and processing such personal information.

6. General

6.1. These Referral Terms are published by OutsideClinic (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Referral Program and these Terms form a binding agreement for both referring users (“you” or “your”) and referred individuals.

6.2. This Referral Program permits you to invite personal friends, family members, acquaintances, and colleagues to participate.

6.3. You may only invite individuals personally known to you. Invitations to strangers or mass distributions are not permitted.

7. Restrictions

7.1. Referrals must not violate any applicable laws, including anti-spam regulations.

7.2. Referrals must not be posted on sites or platforms featuring inappropriate or illegal content, such as adult content, gambling, or political materials.

7.3. This program is intended for personal use and may not be used for commercial purposes.

7.4. Referred friends must be new customers of OutsideClinic to participate in and benefit from the referral program. Existing customers are not eligible to be referred.

7.5. Staff members of OutsideClinic are not eligible to take part in the referral program.

8. Term and termination

8.1. This Referral Program has no set end date and will continue until further notice.

8.2. OutsideClinic reserves the right to terminate or amend the Referral Program at any time, including the issuance of rewards for completed referrals made after termination.

8.3. OutsideClinic reserves the right to disqualify participants found to be in breach of these terms.

9. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

10. Privacy and information

10.1. You undertake to respect the privacy rights of the people you invite to our Referral Program and direct to our website.

10.2. When referring other people, you must always inform them about the applicable terms and conditions and privacy policy. You must do so before they participate in the Referral Program, and leave their personal information.

11. Amendments

We may amend the terms and conditions of our Referral Program. We may offer and/or restrict additional incentives, benefits and programs. As a result, additional terms may apply. You agree that you are aware of those amended and additional terms.

12. Violations and termination

12.1. In case we suspect any violations of these terms or otherwise tampering with, fraud or unreasonable use of our Referral Program, we may in our sole discretion cancel the distribution of any discount, benefit or payout.

12.2. If you are a current or former employee, contractor or affiliate of our company, we may restrict your participation in the Referral Program, and we may restrict or cancel your participation with immediate effect.

12.3. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and refrain from violating any third party rights. These rights include any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights.

13. Disclaimer and indemnification

13.1. We offer our Referral Program and its benefits only on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may remove, change and update the Referral Program in our sole discretion. We will never make any promises or guarantees about the content and information of our Referral Program. We disclaim our responsibility for any information that is incorrect or has errors.

13.2. Our Referral Program is based on our best efforts. You acknowledge and agree that we can never guarantee any benefit or result from participating in the Referral Program.
